One Huge Mountain Climbed

Finally.  The dossier paperwork is complete and Rob is on his way to FedEx to send it off to the agency.  I think this was the most difficult thing I've had to do yet.  I don't know why, but I got totally overwhelmed every time I looked at the list of stuff we had to prepare.  I drug my feet, put it off, made excuses.  I know for a fact, I wouldn't have made it through without Rob organizing, making lists and assignments.  He's my hero.  I also have to give kudos to our home group from church.  They're the ones who, ever so sweetly, asked how we were doing with the adoption.  Translation:  "Did you do the stuff that you said you were going to?"

Now, I think, we wait.  Then, once there's a match, it will be somewhat crazy.  I added up $7,800 still to be paid between the go ahead to travel and coming home.
Now is the time to get aggressive in paying off debt.  Once we kick out some of these bills, we'll have enough to really save for the balance of costs.

I am so relieved.  *wipes brow*
