Waiting, waiting, waiting...

Just to let everyone know...we're still, you got it, waiting.  Unlike many other parents to be, I'm content. We're putting Rob's bike up for sale probably tomorrow.

  Once we are able to sell that, we should have the money that we'll need to travel.  If not, then God will find a way to get us the rest.  He always does.  But...I digress.
*sigh*
I think I'm past the antsy, impatient, hurry up and get here stage.  Reality has set in.  My, *ahem*, our lives are getting ready to be turned upside down and right side up again.  I'm trying to bask in the "I'm here alone during the day (except for all of the animals, of course) and I pretty much set my own schedule" way of life.  Yes, I know, I'm spoiled.  Point taken.
Life, as I know it, is going to change forever.  I'll deal with changes when they are in my lap.  So, when you ask me, "How is the adoption going?  Any news?" and I just smile and say,"We're still waiting," know that I'm happy, content and relaxing--for now.
